Kristin designs and teaches aquatic classes in her role at PBCH as an Aquatic Specialist since she joined the team in 2010. She received her Bachelor of Science with a major in Physical Education, focused on Health Fitness Administration and a minor in Health from Plymouth State University. At PBCH Kristin’s work is done in the pool which is the only therapy pool with a therapeutic water temperature of 90 degrees in the area. She supervises the correct way to perform the exercise. Teaching classes each week, she enjoys the challenge of keeping the classes interesting and fresh. She is inspired by the members who are dedicated to their fitness. Kristin was born and raised in New York. Growing up, the sport of swimming was a favorite activity and it has remained so to this day. With family and friends, the out-of-doors is all-important. Time spent at the lake or the Pemigewasset River where boating and floating is always a pleasure.
