Susan Dumont
Susan holds an Accounting Certificate from the American Banking Institute. Before coming to Pemi-Baker Community Health, she was on the Board of Directors with Pemi-Baker Home Health and Hospice. She had been working in the banking world for 16 years. At PBCH, Susan does the billing for Outpatient Physical Therapy and all payroll-related tasks. According to Susan, working at Pemi-Baker Community Health is wonderful. Her decision to leave the banking world resulted from a meeting with the health staff while she was a Board member from the bank. Her positive impression of the staff was powerful and proved to be a reason for a career change. Work in the health field remains highly satisfying for her and the initial positive feelings she felt continue to be a strong presence throughout the work force. To quote from Susan, “I love my job!”

Elisabeth Russell
Elisabeth joined our growing finance department back in March 2018. She enjoys decorating, spending time with her family, taking pictures of her children, baking, and traveling. Being a mom of three boys, (ages 14, 12 & 4) and one girl (age 3) keeps her busy! Her husband Craig, is the head mens ice hockey coach at Plymouth State and her two older sons are hockey players as well, so she spends a lot of time at the hockey rink. In High school she was a member of the hockey cheer-leading squad, so it is only fitting that she has become a permanent cheering mom! Elisabeth’s values are built upon the foundation of her family. She appreciates the work environment at Pemi Baker Community Health, in that it respects a balance of work and home life.

Macayla Noble, LPN
My inspiration to do my job is knowing the impact that a nurse makes on lives on a day to day basis. Seeing the impact we have on patients and families has been incredible and extremely rewarding. The knowledge, growth and pace of a nurses job keeps the job fun and new every day. I am always learning new information and procedures. In my free time I enjoy being outdoors hiking, swimming and photography.
Samantha Haun
Samantha recently joined PBCH in the finance department with four years experience in medical settings. She enjoys providing customer service in a timely and respectful manner and loves helping others and being a team player.
