Penny is Registered Nurse who has been practicing for 18 years. She joined PBHC in early 2015 as a RN Case Manager. In this capacity Penny develops, implements and evaluates individualized patient care plans. She advocates for patient welfare and serves as a liaison between patients, their families, and healthcare providers. Her concentration is in home-care and hospice. In her own words, “I love working with patients and families in their own home environment, teaching the patient and families to care for them.” Penny enjoys walking her dogs, swimming, hiking and spending time with family and friends.
Laurie Burke, RN
Laurie has her Associates Degree in Nursing and Bachelors of Arts degree for Geology. She has certifications in ALCS, Trauma Nursing Core Course, Basic Arrhythmia and an instructor for American Red Cross. She has been a practicing RN for over 7 years and loves hiking, sailing and traveling.
Fredericka Ellis, RN, BSN, CRNI
Fred has over 22 years experience in infusion therapy, staff support and patient care. She’s inspired by not only taking the best possible care of her patients and their family but supporting staff to be comfortable and capable with infusion therapy. Learn something new every day-and it’s a good day! In her free time she enjoys hiking, tennis and skiing.
Jennifer Stewart, LPN
Jenn Stewart has worked for Pemi-Baker’s home health department since December of 2017. Her current role is Infection control nurse and Hospice consult nurse, providing care to home health and hospice clients.
She previously worked as an EMT and firefighter and has prior nursing experience in wound care and orthopedic rehabilitation.
What she loves about her job: being apart of her community. Empowering clients with knowledge. Making a difference in a person’s life.
Gail Jacques, LPN
Gail joins Pemi-Baker’s staff with 31 years of nursing experience. She loves being able to provide care to people in need and especially enjoys educating patients on self care which promotes independence. She specializes in wound care. In her off time she enjoys gardening, snowmobiling and Native American beadwork.
Holly Knowles, RN
Holly has over 37 years of experience with home care and hospice care nursing. She loves helping and caring for people in their homes and in her free time she enjoys gardening and crafts.
Chelsey Macrino, RN
Chelsey has a BA in psychology from PSU and BSN in nursing, and loves working in both fields. Fall is her favorite season to go hiking in the woods but also loves snowboarding in the winter. She has 3 cockatiels named Randi, Henry and Arnold who love to fly around the house, take showers & get blow dried before sitting on her shoulders!
Paula Moulton, RN
Paula works part time for the home health department.
Dottie Gove, RN, BSN
Dottie Gove, RN is a long time advocate of homecare and hospice services and has a history of working tirelessly to helping individuals live and die at home with dignity. Having worked primarily in Administration for Waypoint and the VNA of Manchester and Southern NH she looks forward to getting back to the heart and soul of nursing. Dottie is a Certified Geriatric Care Manager. Dottie is married to Andy Gove. When she’s not working you would most likely find her enjoying the great outdoors, snowmobiling, skiing, boating and hanging out with friends and family.
Sandra Colman, BSN, RN
Sandra has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing and is a Registered Nurse with 50 years of experience. Her professional interests have been Outpatient/inpatient recovery room and Cardiac Healthcare. Her specialty at Pemi-Baker is heading our Foot Care and Blood Pressure clinics. To Sandra, Nursing is not a job. It is a dedication and commitment to all those who are in need of help. She also works with NANA and is a veteran serving in the Army Nurse Corps for nine years. When she does find free time she enjoys reading and cooking.
