Physical Therapist-Full time
This 30-40 hour Physical Therapist position will give you the opportunity to work with patients one on one in our Plymouth facility with openings in our outpatient program. You will provide physical therapy evaluation and treatment to patients upon appropriate medical referral and/or as medically necessary. You will perform related duties of documentation, communication with physicians and other ancillary services and patient charges. Includes Aquatic Therapy.

Access to operable, required amount insured motor vehicle and a valid N.H. driver’s license with acceptable record of safe driving practices. Willing to drive own automobile unlimited miles and in all types of weather conditions (home care positions).
